Display pages' thumbnail and title.
Simply add a feature to title a page and then be able to display pages' thumbnail. or at least the pages' title list for easy navigation through a project.

Give admin more control of what moderators could do or could not do.
For example, restrict them from deleting rooms or files in assets.

Resize drawings or equation made with the freehand tool.
Currently can draw a square or line or other object and select it and resize it but once a squiggle, or in my case, an equation is drawn with the freehand tool, it can be selected and moved or deleted by not resized.

LaTeX bug (with a capital B)
Typing a formula that starts with "b" (no quotes) creates a result that has a "B" instead! Likewise for a few other letters. A workaround is to start with a space character.
1 voteIt appears that whilst it does show a capital B this reverts to the correct lowercase form as soon as you type another symbol or letter. I therefore think this is probably ok as is.

Provide a button with embed code we can use on websites or blogs to access demo board.

Allow non-admin participants access a non-public room while the admin is logged off.
I mentor a group of students in another country. I'd like them to be able to work on their project even when I'm logged off. I'd also like access to some of their rooms while they're logged off.

Bug: Text and and area markers go off true with changes in screen size.
When using different computers with different monitors the key to the presentation goes off true, with the shapes drawn changing position relative to the text they match up with, or possibly the main text changing size so that it doesn't match the shapes and other text. (Not sure if it is relevant but one is a new Toshiba laptop and the other is a 1.5 year old iMac.)

shared pointer bug
My Participators see my shared pointer in a different place on their devices.
If I scroll white board, (or zoom out) - shared pointer show my absolute position in my screen - so it is not fixed with image!1 voteThank you, we’re are aware of this bug and will aim to fix it in a future release. A possible workaround we may be able to provide sooner is to lock the pointer to the whiteboard only.

More Security Suggestion
Only allow the author to make modifications of theri own text box or element, unless you are the principal. Someone just deleted all our collaboative ideas. :( I needed to allow access/editing, currently, to allow others I've invited to add their own text boxes. Now, we've lost everything. My fault for not taking a snapshot the last time I was on, however.

1 voteThis is technically quite tricky to implement, however we are soon improving the user roles feature which will make it easier to prevent other users from modifying the whiteboard content. I’ll keep you posted.

would be great to be able to center the text inside the text box.

Delete multiple images from Room at once
It would be far more efficient to be able to delete (select) multiple images from the room at once. For those of us who use different content each week, it takes over an hour to delete out the old content before uploading the new content.

It would help if all the buttons in the whiteboard get disappeared when moving mouse cursor away.
Buttons hide part of the uploaded picture when it is placed to a default whiteboard location. Some elegant way how to reveal the hidden parts (other than moving the whole picture) would be appreciated. The auto-hiding behaviour using the mouse movement is only a suggestion, some sort of "hide" button may do the same work.

screenresolution bug
We were working in a team and we had this problem. Everyone was pointing somewhere else due to screensize and screenresolution differences.
1 voteThank you, this is indeed a bug. We plan to fix this by restricting the pointer to the whiteboard area, thereby keeping it in the correct x-y position. This will happen in a future update.

flow chart symbols should be included
It would be nice if you included flow charting symbols like the triangle, square, and an arrow.

Pasted objects appear under the cut button and so are hard to move.
When the paste button is used, often the object appears under the Cut button and so it is hard to move to where you want it to be.
